Located atop Olean's famous Rock City Road, the Ho-Sta-Geh restaurant is surrounded by great natural beauty.  With picturesque scenery spreading for miles the Ho-Sta-Geh is truly an exceptional place to visit.

Our menu ranges from beef and veal to pasta and seafood.  We even have a banquet menu available for large gatherings which includes some of the finest hors d'oeuvres and buffet selections available.

All of our food is prepared by top chef Ed Waddell, who has nearly 20 years experience in the kitchen and has created some very unique dishes.

Starting this summer we will be making great use of our outdoor patio and invite everyone to share in the fun.  Some of the area's most well-known performers will be providing live entertainment as we bring you our Music on the Deck.
